Trauma and pain

"There are times in life when all you see is trauma and pain.

Life is not a bed full of roses nor thorns. "

A person doesn't die when his soul drifts apart,

Death encounters when a person loses heart -

Broken, shattered, let down with an unstable mental state,

It is the kingdom of sadness that leads to a screwed fate.

      When you’re not at fault, yet you get all the blame,

      Living life any further starts to seem quite lame,

      Life becomes a journey filled with trauma and pain

      Dreams, desires and confidence just happen to drain.

Tears roll down like monsoon rains until it dries,

Everything seems like a failure, despite a hundred tries!

Colourless world, charmless life it’s just melancholy around

Nothing seems to be more peaceful than a burial ground.

      Being torn into two halves, both filled with grief,

      Giving up is the only option like a lost thief-

      Life is like a ship with storms, just too full of frail,

      But remember - "it is always a happy note, that ends every tale!"
